Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Gretchen Morgenson of the New York Times wrote about Pomerantz’s litigation to clawback pay from United Airline’s former CEO and other executives.  She interviewed Partner Gustavo F. Bruckner, who heads Pomerantz’s Corporate Governance team, about the case.  The lawsuit seeks to clawback millions of dollars of bonuses granted to top executives who took part in a bribery scheme, and aims to target the perceived “impunity for improper behavior at the top” that plagues the airline.
