Susan J. Weiswasser focuses on securities fraud litigation. She is a member of the team litigating the securities lawsuit concerning Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras.
Ms. Weiswasser graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2000. While earning her degree, she served as a law clerk intern to the Honorable Edward R. Korman, Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She was also a legal intern with the New York State Capital Defender Office. As an attorney, she has worked with the Pro Bono Bankruptcy Law Clinic of the City Bar and has been a volunteer for the City Bar’s Monday Night Law Clinic for several years.
Ms. Weiswasser is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council. She is admitted to practice in New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
